We are a Do It Yourself Dog Wash with Full Service Grooming and Retail Space. Our unique brand offers the customer different membership programs designed to promote the health and wellness of their pet through regular monthly maintenance. We also offer loyalty programs to all regular clients who do not take advantage of any of our membership programs.
The Do It Yourself concept provides a warm and caring environment where their pet is in a much more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during the bathing process. Because the owner is present, the pet and the owners are much less stressed. Our boutique environment also makes the owner feel like we have taken the extra steps for them as well, by creating the perfect place to bathe their pet.
The full service grooming is a one on one experience and we pride ourselves in the handling of their pooch. We typically ask that they be ready for pick up within 1 1/2 hours of dropping off their baby, so their pets are not kenneled all day. The customers love that the doggie is handled by the groomer from start to finish.
We then offer a variety of treats and foods for their baby that are all American Made and human grade quality to spoil their besties. Last on the list is Sedation Free Dentals which our customers rave about and making discounted shots and vaccinations available with a local vendor. We are in the education business; with full services, great prices and an outstanding atmosphere, our goal is to help the customer understand how important monthly maintenance of their favorite canine is. We will provide all the tools necessary to ensure the franchisee is set up for success. We provide training in our location and will support their training when they open their new location.
The Franchisee will be responsible for the day to day operation of their location including all staff and customers and will operate a Brick and Mortar location while providing all the necessary services to operate a retail shop with DIY and grooming services for their customer.
They will run and support all systems provided by the Franchise and report all necessary information accordingly on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
